Flomari Lemnos is a traditional local pasta made from excellent quality Lemnos wheat flour, fresh pasteurized cow's milk and free-range eggs.

It is so pure as it is a non-genetically modified product, contains no preservatives and has a low salt content.

What separates Flomari Lemnos from a common noodle is that, unlike most pasta, it is not made from semolina but from Lemnos wheat flour. Flomari Limnos is found in several traditional recipes of our place with meat or vegetables and also in soups.

Among the most famous dishes are the Rooster roasted with Flomari, Flomari sprinkled with a basket of Limnos and must (petimezi) and Flomari with snails. Alternatively, you can try it as a cold salad, as a side dish or plain with sauce.

Flomari has 3 different shapes: Medium, wide and traditional. The traditional one is an ideal choice for food in the oven, while its shape refers to handmade, that is, exactly as they used to do it in the past.
